					<description>I totally agree with Vikram.Universities and colleges to provide fundamental bookish knowledge but only experience teaches you the best. We have many youngsters who are much talented than an MBA or CA still they are struglin to get good jobs.All the MNCs and Big corporates dont even pay slightest of attention to their application for job.Many places you cant apply if you are not a degree holder......Does that mean only degree will do ?.Attention should be paid to the talent and knowledge possessed by the person..

In our present system when ur  out of college ,nobody allows to decided wht u actually  wnt to do in ur life.Most of the youngester choose their job acc to pay packets but not acc to their interest. If u really wnt to implement wht u have learned, u need to take that call by choosing that related field .</description>
