A bear on the SEZ site

It seems the bearish sentiment at the bourses has pervaded really deep into the psyche of the babus. As I was trying to collate the basics of the SEZ scheme at www.sezindia.nic.in, here is an interesting thing that I came across in the faq section:
“Customs examination is to the bear minimum. SEZ units function on self certification basis.”
And you thought the real economy is immune from stock market gyrations!
